Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, bag checks, entry screenings, and stay vigilant.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical.
• Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement and emergency services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions.
• Report security-related occurrences to supervisor or authorities.
• Document activities observed and submit to leadership.
• Uphold company policies and security guidelines.
