Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Officer for US Bank Stadium on a part-time basis. You will maintain a professional presence, monitor access points, and respond to incidents to ensure attendee, staff, and facility safety.

Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior event security experience and a valid license are advantageous; background checks and screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Must be physically fit to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Make a positive impact by maintaining a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client as well as BEST.
• Patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, perform entry screenings, and stay vigilant to suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies or disturbances.
• Coordinate security efforts with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and giving directions when needed.
• Report security-related occurrences to the supervisor or appropriate personnel.
• Document relevant activity and submit reports to leadership.
• Uphold company policies and guidelines to maintain professionalism and security.
