BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security Officer for the TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on maintaining a visible, professional security presence and ensuring attendee and staff safety during events.

You will patrol, monitor access points, conduct screenings, respond to incidents, and coordinate with event staff and local authorities. The position is part-time with pay of $15.25 per hour and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is a plus.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with diverse backgrounds.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and protect attendees.
• Monitor access points, bag checks, and entrant screenings.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with event staff, police, and emergency services.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions to attendees.
