Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of related work experience required.
• Ability to qualify for a security officer license and maintain a Guard Card.
• CPR and AED certification is needed.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned area of venue and report unusual occurrences.
• Ensure appropriate access for guests and employees.
• Escort artists and VIPs to prevent unwanted attention.
• Respond to fire alarms and enact safety procedures.
• Document all medical situations and assist as needed.
• Provide customer service during events.
• Screen all personnel entering the venue.
