Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Stand at post, remain alert, patrol facility on foot.
• Assist guests and client representatives as needed.
• Respond to incidents and document them clearly.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all attendees.
• Be familiar with event venues IESS operates.
