BEST Crowd Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Event Security Officer to join our professional team. You will maintain a visible, professional presence, deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to emergencies to protect attendees, staff, and property.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, previous event security experience preferred, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Event security experience is advantageous.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Strong observational, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence as required by the client and BEST.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and protect attendees and staff.
• Monitor access points, perform bag checks, and screen entrants.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical events.
• Coordinate with event staff, law enforcement, and EMS as needed.
• Assist attendees and provide directions and customer service.
• Report incidents to supervisors and authorities as appropriate.
• Document activity and observations for leadership review.
• Uphold company policies and security standards.
