Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking Event Staff to support a variety of events in Pittsburgh, including sports venues, concerts and conventions. This role focuses on welcoming guests, ushering, ticket validation, and delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and usher them to their seats or designated areas.
• Collect tickets or scan as needed and direct foot traffic within the venue.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and assist with crowd management during events.
• Provide friendly, helpful directions and ensure a positive guest experience.
