BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Security Team member for events at the Dow Center in Saginaw, MI. You will deliver outstanding customer service, help attendees, and support safe, organized event operations.

Qualifications

• Valid MI Security License (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event-related roles is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees.
• Assist with event set-up and signage.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and compliance with venue policies.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment for all attendees.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of service excellence
