BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Staff / Security professional for Kyle Field in Texas. The role combines event staff duties with security responsibilities to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.

You'll assist with setup, monitor access points, provide customer service, and collaborate with team members to maintain order. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening, have a high school diploma,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Age 18+; pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one (if required locally).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; strong fitness.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including equipment and signage.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide customer service to attendees and answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist in crowd management and control entry/exit flow.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Resolve attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
