Job summary

Battle Tested Security, a fast growing security event management company, seeks an Event Staff in Austin, TX for seasonal assignments. You will provide safety, security, and excellent customer service to event guests, tenants, and staff while supporting local safety agencies.

Position requires high school education, English fluency, and the ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours; a valid driver's license is also needed for potential motorized patrols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative and liaison of Battle Tested Security with a professional attitude.
• Patrol on foot and/or with a motorized vehicle around event areas.
• Respond quickly to security needs and calls for service.
• Provide courteous customer service to guests and staff.
• Write reports, conduct basic investigations, and witness interviews.
