BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security professional to join our team for University events in Madison, WI. This part-time role blends event staff duties with security tasks to help ensure a safe and welcoming experience for attendees.

You will monitor access points, assist with crowd management, deliver friendly customer service, and collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service to attendees.
• Collaborate with event staff and security personnel.
• Assist in crowd management and flow of attendees.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
