Allied Universal Event Services seeks to hire Event Staff responsible for duties such as collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, and providing excellent customer service. Event Staff also direct foot traffic and maintain cleanliness, operational efficiency, and safety of designated areas.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These are the duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Manage venue entry, including scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic.
• Understand policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues and events.
• Greet guests warmly and sincerely as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Provide helpful directions and suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
• Interact with guests using a friendly tone, smile, and natural speaking voice.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass background check, drug/alcohol test, and possibly a Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, with good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
