Allied Universal Event Services seeks to hire Event Staff responsible for duties like ticket collection, guest greeting, and customer service. Event Staff also manage foot traffic and maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency in designated areas.

Essential Duties:

1. Assist with event day preparation and execution.
2. Manage venue entry, including ticket scanning, verifying wristbands, and directing traffic.
3. Understand venue policies and procedures.
4. Greet guests warmly and sincerely, providing directions and assistance.
5. Engage with guests positively, using friendly communication.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and possibly a driver’s record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to exercise good judgment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
