Job description

We have an exciting opportunity at ZWILLING, based in Pleasantville, New York, for an Event Sales Team Supervisor to join our team. This can be a remote or hybrid-remote role.

In this position, you will provide administrative oversight for the ZWILLING Nationwide Event Sales Roadshow program. Working with the ZWILLING Event Sales Representatives (Reps), you will be responsible for the coordination, scheduling, planning and execution of all sales events. Your strong organizational and communication skills will ensure flawless event execution, enabling the team to meet and exceed their sales goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct communication with Sales Representatives
  • Ensure Rep inquiries are answered promptly and accurately (Fresh desk, Email, and phone)
  • Manage and participate in emergency contact call line rotation (including evenings and weekends)
  • Manage show set-up and breakdowns including distribution of recaps
  • Oversee onboarding process including planning of in-store training and hosting virtual trainings with Reps
  • Resolve operational issues and needs of Reps and escalate to National Manager as appropriate
  • Ensure planning and execution of all Sales Events
  • Develop and communicate Rep event schedules targeting maximum profitability
  • Coordinate all Sales Representatives travel with VN team and travel agency
  • Communicate show goals with Reps and align expectations
  • Share weekly performance with the team
  • Communicate as needed with Costco Warehouse management
  • Review Rep timecards and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage training and cancellation pay as well as referral bonuses to HR
  • Intradepartmental coordination
  • Ensure VN team provides consistent and timely support to Reps (e.g., travel booking, timecards, expense reports)
  • Work closely with logistics department and align show freight deliveries and pickups
  • Regular reporting to Event Sales National Manager

Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Experience in managing conflict and problem solving
