American Home Design, a long-standing home improvement company serving Middle TN, is hiring weekend Event Promoters. You will engage passersby at a booth, spark interest, and schedule free in-home estimates. This role rewards energy and performance with base pay plus uncapped bonuses, plus training and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, with strong communication skills and reliable transportation. Weekend availability is required as events occur on weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and be on your feet for 4-hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation to events in Middle TN.
