Job summary

American Home Design in Nashville is seeking weekend event promoters to actively engage visitors at our booth and spark interest in our home improvement products.

If you are outgoing, persuasive, and reliable, this role offers weekend events, paid training and coaching, a base plus uncapped bonus, and a clear path to grow your sales career with a locally owned company. You will represent the brand professionally while meeting new people and driving in-home estimates.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends - when the events/shows happen!
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
