Job summary

American Home Design, a Nashville-area home improvement company, seeks energetic weekend Event Promoters to engage passersby at our booths and drive interest in free in-home estimates. If you enjoy talking with people and thrive on performance-based pay, this role offers growth and rewards.

You will represent the company at local events, stay on your feet for the shift, and have access to paid training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation to events around the Middle TN area.
