Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive revenue from prospecting to execution. You will manage inbound leads, proactively generate new business, convert opportunities, and build strong client relationships for PopStroke venues.

This hands-on, exempt role requires owning the client experience from booking to event delivery, coordinating with Operations, and supporting the venue leadership to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in hospitality or events.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Prospect for new business through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build and manage a pipeline aligned with targets.
• Deliver presentations, tours, and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth event execution.
