Job summary

Scene75 Dayton, part of Five Star Parks & Attractions, seeks a Sales Coordinator to drive event sales and coordinate parties and group events at the park.

You’ll collaborate with teams to serve multiple markets, attend community networking events, and represent Scene75 professionally both in person and online. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and organizational excellence is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in event sales, hospitality, or related field.
• Positive, engaging, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Director and Sales Director in selling, planning, and coordinating parties and group events at the park.
• Collaborate to serve birthdays, school events/lock-ins, and field trips.
• Represent Scene75 at community events and on social media as a positive ambassador.
• Work with operations to communicate upcoming events and ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to sales/marketing initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals.
