The Escape Game is seeking an On Site Event Sales Coordinator to help guests plan events with hospitality at the forefront and to be a brand ambassador in their local region. You will own large and corporate leads, drive inbound and outbound sales, and network with venues and organizations.
Expect 40-45 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM, with after-hour events as needed. Quarterly travel to Nashville for team meetings and ongoing regional relationship-building are required.

Compensation:
$20 - $24/ hour starting pay depending on experience.
Commission of 1% on inbound sales, 3% on repeat and referral business, and 5% on
outbound business
OTE around $65-$75K yearly
Role:
Our On Site Event Sales Coordinator’s role is to help The Escape Games guests plan events
through epic hospitality and an "Every Single Guest" mentality, and to be a brand ambassador
within their local region to drive non-inbound business. They will own and take full
responsibility for large and corporate groups within their region of stores, and maximize the
potential of all inbound leads. They will create relationships within their region, including
restaurants, conferencing centers, CVBs, DMCs, target businesses, tour/travel associations,
youth groups, and more. They will be a TEG ambassador at networking events, meet ups,
conferences, and serve as an on-site event coordinator for VIP/large groups in store.
Expected Weekly Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Take full ownership and responsibility for all large and corporate leads in their region
(150-250 leads monthly)
Creatively and expertly plan events for guests by driving the conversation and taking
extra work out of the guest hands.
Execute complete follow up strategy with Every Single Guest, to maximize the
potential of every inbound lead, and create relationships with guests to generate
repeat and referral business
Become EXPERTS on their TEG region - create relationships with GMs and Ops, assess
and offer informed large group discounts, and identify vetted restaurants/meeting
spaces for each store.
Being a The Escape Game brand ambassador
Communicate and work as a team with The Escape Game/Great Big Game Show
locations nationwide and HQ, professionally and politely.
Create relationships with target organizations in their regions through outreach,
including -
Target businesses
Convention centers
Schools & Universities
DMCs, Tour Groups
Youth Organizations
Further events as surfaced by OS ESC’s research and networking
Attend on site networking and tabling events, including -
Monthly CVB/BID meetings (per location)
Monthly landlord events (per "lifestyle center" location)
Conference/networking event attendance as needed (Meeting Planners
International, Executive Assistants Organization, Student Youth Travel
Association, American Bus Association, etc.)
On site event coordination for large/VIP events at stores within their region
Quarterly travel to Nashville for team meeting
KPIs:
- Deal conversion rate (Tickets Received/Deals Closed)
- Revenue Per Lead (Revenue/Tickets Received)
- Non-inbound Revenue
- Monthly Event Attendance
