Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel catering experience required.
• Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Delphi or hotel system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and maintain accounts to meet revenue goals through calls, site inspections, and written communications.
• Prepare and execute Banquet Event Orders with events and departments.
• Coordinate with DOSM, F&B, and Executive Chef on client needs and service delivery.
• Lead post-event reviews and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Present market trends and pricing strategies to optimize bookings.
