Role Description

The Event Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA, supporting clients throughout the event planning and rental process. In this position, the associate will consult with customers in person, via phone, and online to understand event goals, recommend rental and decor solutions, and prepare detailed quotes and orders. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, conducting showroom tours, coordinating product availability with warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate reservations and documentation. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, updating the CRM or sales system, following up with leads, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The Event Sales Associate collaborates closely with operations and design teams to help ensure timely delivery, setup coordination, and a consistent, professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills, including relationship-building, consultative selling, and handling inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Event planning and coordination skills, with the ability to understand event concepts, recommend rental and decor solutions, and manage multiple client projects at once.
