Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an organized and guest-focused events administrator to support the event sales team in Anchorage. You will manage client inquiries and bookings, coordinate logistics such as scheduling and room setups, and gather client requirements to ensure events run smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in event coordination or administrative roles, and proficiency with office software and booking systems.
