Job summary

Trademark Venues is seeking professional, dependable Event Security Officers to join our growing team in North San Diego County. This part-time role blends security expertise with exceptional customer service to protect guests at weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

You will monitor access, patrol spaces, respond to incidents, and de-escalate situations while maintaining a welcoming environment. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; Guard Card required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven security or event security experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a client-facing service or hospitality role.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest, vendor, and employee access to venues.
• Patrol indoor and outdoor spaces to identify safety concerns.
• Respond to medical incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and safety violations.
• De-escalate situations while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Complete detailed incident reports; assist with alcohol security and compliance procedures.
• Work closely with venue management to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
