A growing hospitality and events company is looking for a Catering Associate to ensure exceptional service during events. The role includes serving meals, arranging decor, and maintaining cleanliness at event venues. Successful candidates will have prior experience in catering or restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Working at tasks such as set-up, serving, bussing, and break-down of an event, the person in this role is a key player not only in execution of the event, but in how the clients and guests perceive the event. Energy, enthusiasm, reliability, and passion for the work, the people and the customers are key to achieving success in this role.**What You'll Do*** Serve meals and beverages to event guests* Set-up and arrange table and other decorations per client specifications* Bus and clean all tables and food & beverage stations during and after cocktail and cocktails services* Assist in assuring guest areas are neat and clean at all times* Provide a great atmosphere for our guests and co-workers* Oversee and support the setup and breakdown of the event ensuring efficient and timely execution* Other duties as assigned**What We're Looking For****Experience:*** Previous experience working in a catering, banquet, or restaurant setting preferred**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*** Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Attention to detail and creativity* Strong organizational and multitasking skills* Ability to stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours or more in a fast-paced environment requiring movement and the ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs* Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills is a plus**Trademark Core Behaviors:*** Intentional Service* Clear Accountability* Extraordinary Empathy* Ethics in Action* Adaptive Excellence* Operational ClarityTrademark Venues is a fast-growing hospitality and events company rooted in North San Diego County.
