Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED with at least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in security, emergency management, or hospitality.
• Must pass required safety and emergency response training within 30 days of hire and maintain thereafter.
• Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed within 30 days of hire and maintain certifications as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas to detect safety hazards or suspicious activity.
• Monitor safety systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and respond to incidents.
• Provide guest escorts, wayfinding, and emergency assistance as needed.
• Operate radio communications using proper protocol and call signs.
• Serve as dispatcher and point-of-contact at the Event Safety Office.
• Maintain logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with emergency medical teams and law enforcement during events.
