Job summary

Relentless Beats in Phoenix hosts large outdoor events, seeking a Safety Ambassador to help secure attendees and support staff. You will monitor crowd behavior, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with organizers and local authorities to keep the event safe and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the stamina to work long shifts outdoors, nights, and weekends. Prior crowd management or security training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in crowd management or security preferred
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations

Responsibilities

• Assess risks before and during events and take preventive measures
• Communicate effectively with staff, organizers, and law enforcement
• Monitor crowd behavior and respond to incidents or emergencies
• Follow a zoned schedule with a partner
• Provide direction to distressed individuals and guide fans to medical if needed
• Maintain records of incidents and ensure proper incident reporting
