Foundry Home Solutions is seeking an energetic Event Representative / Lead Generator to join our Minnesota team. You’ll represent us at home shows, fairs, and local events across the Twin Cities metro area, engaging homeowners and scheduling free in-home consultations for our design consultants.

No experience is required; we provide training. This part-time role offers $20-$22 per hour with uncapped bonuses, weekend events, and growth opportunities as the schedule expands.

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage attendees in friendly conversations and introduce them to our bath remodeling services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team.
• Promote special event offers, contests, and giveaways.
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays, booths, tents, signage, and marketing materials.
• Transport event materials and equipment to and from event locations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming event presence.
• Help create a fun and positive experience for event attendees.

Foundry Home Solutions is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking an energetic, outgoing, and personable Event Representative / Lead Generator to join our growing team.

If you enjoy meeting new people, working fun local events, and getting paid to talk with homeowners, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you'll represent our company at home shows, community festivals, fairs, senior expos, trade shows, and local events throughout the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding Minnesota communities. Your primary responsibility is to engage with attendees, generate interest in our bath remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for our design consultants.

This is NOT a door-to-door sales job, canvassing position, or high-pressure sales role. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events
• Engage attendees in friendly conversations and introduce them to our bath remodeling services
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners

Compensation & Benefits

• $20-$22 per hour, based on experience
• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
• $100 bonus for every generated appointment that results in a sale

Schedule

This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to expand into full-time hours as our event calendar grows.
