Job summary

Foundry Home Solutions in Minnesota is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent our bathroom remodeling services at local home shows, fairs, and community events. You’ll work from eye-catching displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations.

No experience required; paid training and flexible weekend scheduling help you grow with the company. This part-time role offers uncapped bonuses and opportunities to move into a full-time position as our event

Qualifications

EVENT APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

You’ll work from professionally designed event displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bathroom remodeling specialists. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners learn about our bath and shower remodeling solutions while representing a trusted local company.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses

• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
• $100 bonus for every appointment that results in a sale
