Job summary

Foundry Home Solutions is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent our Minnesota bathroom remodeling team at local home shows, fairs, and community events across the Twin Cities. You will engage attendees, explain our bath and shower solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations with homeowners.

No experience is required—we provide paid training, flexible weekend scheduling, and uncapped bonuses for qualified appointments and sales.

EVENT APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

You'll work from professionally designed event displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bathroom remodeling specialists. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners learn about our bath and shower remodeling solutions while representing a trusted local company.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses
$50 for each qualified appointment set
$100 for each appointment that results in a sale

• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
