Lasting Impressions Event Rental in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks an Event Rental Sales Assistant to help clients select rental items for diverse events. You'll work in our showroom and over the phone, entering orders, processing payments, and delivering friendly, detail-focused service.

The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with an emphasis on accurate data entry, customer communication, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and general office duties.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with office software.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
• Motivated, disciplined, and passionate about events.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm in an office setting.
• Event industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
