Job summary

Colen Built Development is seeking On-Call Event Staff to support The Nest at Calesa and The Faregrounds. You will welcome guests, assist with entrances, ticketing, parking, and flow, and provide courteous service across indoor and outdoor event spaces.

You may help with setup, service, cleanup, and coordination with managers and other teams. A professional, safety‑minded attitude, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide directions and information at entrances and throughout the venue.
Assist with ticket-taking, check-in, wristbanding, and entry procedures as needed.
Support parking and pedestrian flow, rallying guests safely and politely.
Assist with setup, reset, and breakdown of event spaces and equipment.
Provide food and beverage service when assigned, following service standards.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and guest-ready venue during events.
Report safety issues, incidents, or facility concerns to a supervisor.
Remain flexible to cover shifts and assist other teams as required.
