Job summary

Audacy Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant who will execute on-site appearances and support event and promotions activities across formats such as Sports, Hot AC, News Talk, Urban, and Country. You will work with Programming and Creative to ensure brand alignment, act as a Brand Ambassador, and manage social media postings and guest interactions.

The role requires energy, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience using Google Workspace and social media platforms.
• Able to lift and carry equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Programming and Creative to reflect station branding at appearances.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador for the format represented.
• Take brand-focused photos and post on social platforms; assist talent as needed.
• Distribute station and client promotional items per Audacy guidelines.
• Promote a positive station image at all times.
