Job summary

Kansas City Live! is seeking a Promotional Coordinator for its Kansas City venue. You will assist the Promotional Manager, attend events, check in parties, and help grow the venue's guest database while representing the brand professionally.

You'll work on VIP/HH party setups, coordinate with the General Manager, Promotional Manager and marketing team on initiatives, and greet clients to ensure an outstanding guest experience at the venue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, plus at least one year experience in a customer service or hospitality related field.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
• Must be savvy in promotional strategies.
• Outgoing personality, capable of approaching all types of individuals and starting conversations.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to keep collected information secure.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist Promotional Manager.
• Attend events.
• Assist in checking in parties at events.
• Maintaining and actively increasing assigned venue's database.
• Support with setup of VIP/HH Parties.
• Properly representing the venue.
• Working with the General Manager, Promotional Manager, and marketing department on strategies and initiatives.
• Greeting and interacting with clients at the venue to ensure the best guest experience.
