Qualifications

• No experience is required, but customer service experience helps.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Outgoing, energetic and responsible with strong social skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and digital campaigns.
• Set up and break down of remote broadcasts and station events; troubleshoot on the fly.
• Represent stations at events in an upbeat, friendly manner.
• Data entry of promotional events and contests.
• Create e-blasts and social media posts; review graphics.
• Inventory and maintenance of prize closet, calendars, and events.
• Support Promotions and Marketing with office projects.
• Assist with vehicle inspections, fueling and maintenance coordination.
• Operate station vehicles with attached trailer.
• Maintain and store station equipment.
