Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Guest relations experience.
• Ability to work in high-volume operations.
• Must obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market Wynn Resorts venues and events.
• Interact with guests to develop new clientele and establish rapport.
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and patrons at all times.
• Manage guest lists and event invitations as required.
• Communicate effectively during loud, live music and dancing.
• Support cross-promotion of all venues and events.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
