Job Summary

This role is central to ensuring the seamless execution of high-visibility global events, focusing on operational coverage during peak periods. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing over 400 launch sessions, ensuring accurate session information, and coordinating closely with various stakeholders. This temporary 6-month position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the scale and success of our most prominent event, with potential for remote work and some onsite travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication regarding 400+ embargo sessions, including answering questions and obtaining session and launch information.
• Audit session information for accuracy and completion.
• Maintain updated launch information in embargo Airtable for 200+ launches.
• Schedule and manage embargo session review meetings.
• Coordinate with allocation groups and internal teams to manage session content effectively.

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in large-scale event coordination.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Domain/Industry Experience:

Experience in event management for large-scale, high-visibility events is preferred.
