Responsibilities & Objectives

As a Project Manager, you will be a trusted advisor responsible for client onboarding projects and change requests, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. We value self-motivation, accountability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements gathering for solutions implementation
• Coordinate clients, partners, and teams involved in projects:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Elemica’s PMO toolkit
• Manage project deliverables, issues, risks, scope, and budgets
• Ensure ongoing project relevance and identify expansion opportunities
• Build internal and external relationships
• Coordinate client testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and manage risks
• Suggest process and tool improvements

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in project management within SaaS and trading partner rollouts
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related; MBA preferred
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA; SAP EWM is a plus
• Knowledge of SD/WM/LE/TM modules and logistics processes
• Understanding of cybersecurity and networking
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams
• Independent work ability and openness to feedback
• Goal-oriented with planning and prioritization skills
