Job Summary

Job Description – Event Programmer

Location: Remote

Division: Ticketmaster US

Line Manager: Event Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Support clients in event management, including building and updating events based on work requests.
• Accurately input and verify event data in Ticketmaster Host system, using tools like Host, EventPro, EMT, and TM1 suite.
• Meet and exceed service level agreements for Event Management.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal departments (marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations) to coordinate event details.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with Ticketmaster system or related field experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
• Service-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and flexibility, including some weekend and holiday availability.
• Box Office experience a plus.
• Awareness of the entertainment industry and understanding of TM department interactions beneficial.
• H.S. diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
