Job summary

Events Unlimited in Oregon is seeking a dependable production assistant to support event setups, driving, loading/unloading trucks, and warehouse tasks across tents, tables, chairs, and rental equipment.

You will inventory and catalog all equipment, prep customer orders, handle returns, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Heavy lifting and basic power tool familiarity are required, and long 10–12+ hour days are common in this fast-paced events industry.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in across roles.
• Regular and consistent travel to events.
• Valid Driver's License and own insured vehicle; company vehicles provided for servicing events.
• Experience with computers and email; responsive communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Basic technical knowledge: PC operating systems, software setup, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Drive, load, and unload company trucks; provide customer service at events.
• Warehouse duties: inventory, cataloging, storing equipment (tents, tables, chairs, games, AV, etc.).
• Clean, mop, and maintain company property, vehicles, and equipment.
• Prepare customer orders and process returns.
• Be willing to work long hours and assist in any capacity as needed.
