You will coordinate clients, venues, presenters, vendors, and internal teams, protect scope and budget, lead rehearsals, and ensure clear communication and a seamless audience experience across diverse events.

Qualifications

• Professional experience producing corporate, live, nonprofit, or community events.
• Strong client leadership, writing, presentation, budgeting, and schedule management.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, staging, streaming, and event logistics.
• Ability to make calm, timely decisions with incomplete information.
• Availability for travel and nonstandard event schedules.

Responsabilités

• Translate client objectives into event concepts, priorities, scope, and production plans.
• Develop timelines, run of show, content requirements, and decision milestones.
• Coordinate clients, venues, presenters, performers, vendors, and technical departments.
• Lead rehearsals and show communication while protecting audience experience.
• Manage changes, approvals, budget awareness, and post-event follow-up.
