Hello and welcome to DAYBREAKER! We are a global morning dance community of 1M+ and growing, waking up and dancing in iconic locations worldwide (like the World Trade Center, Sydney Opera House, Smithsonian Museum, and the White House). While the city sleeps, we energize our community with joy, adventure, and self-expression.

Based in Brooklyn, we are led by three best friends and a dedicated team. We value kindness, service, optimism, and joy, aiming to inspire more people to dance, connect, and express themselves, especially post-pandemic.

WHAT WE DO

We are the original coffee party, hosting morning dance and wellness events in iconic spaces globally (more at daybreaker.com). Our community is substance-free, reimagining socializing without alcohol or drugs. We are experience designers, creatives, storytellers, and community architects committed to building a lasting movement that supports local communities.

THE ROLE //

As a member of the Daybreaker team, you will be the face of Daybreaker in your city, responsible for building a passionate community, producing memorable experiences, and promoting events. You will be supported by our HQ team with coaching and resources. Your role includes finding venues, sourcing talent, cultivating volunteers, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, forming local partnerships, and producing monthly events. We provide support in marketing, operations, branding, sponsorship, finance, and PR.

The ideal candidate lives a healthy, conscious lifestyle, loves dance music, is detail-oriented, and a professional. Experience in startup/tech, health & wellness, or arts & culture communities is preferred. You should have a strong local network, leadership skills, and event production experience. Being a Burning Man participant is a plus.
