The Event Producer at Five Iron Golf is responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests, managing food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and leading event execution to foster a fun, premium atmosphere.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent guest service to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience.
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings; presenting menus, answering questions, making recommendations, and upselling.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Using POS systems for orders and payments.
- Managing inventory and supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas.
- Developing specials, cocktails, and promotions.
- Checking in with guests and addressing concerns.
- Staying informed about products, technology, and promotions.
- Following health and safety regulations.
- Verifying guests' legal drinking age.
- Assisting with closing duties.
- Leading on-site event execution, including guest greeting, space prep, issue resolution, and financial close.
- Ensuring positive customer experiences and successful event delivery.
- Managing simulators and event spaces per contracts.
- Overseeing event timelines and coordinating staff.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and managing inventory.
- Supporting administrative tasks and attending weekly meetings.
- Providing feedback to improve services and increase revenue.
Required qualifications:
- Experience in managing or coordinating events.
- Hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
- Passion for golf and understanding of the game is encouraged.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-centric with upselling ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proper licensing and certifications.
- Meet age requirements for bartending.

Pay: $15/hr + tips
