SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Production & Project Management
  • Produce high-impact events from concept to execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, run‑of‑shows, and detailed logistics.
  • Maintain flawless operational documentation and communication.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Develop strong, trust‑based client relationships.
  • Maintain proactive communication across all stages of design and production.
  • Create and manage event budgets with accuracy.
  • Secure profitability while delivering exceptional value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
Vendor, Venue & Local Partner Relations
  • Build strong relationships with local top suppliers and partners.
  • Negotiate favorable rates and enforce contract compliance.
  • Ensure partners meet Fifth Street’s quality and service standards.
Destination Expertise & Community Engagement
  • Maintain deep knowledge of local venues, culture, logistics, and experiences.
  • Incorporate local partners and community impact into events.
