Levy at American Airlines Center in Dallas is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our culinary team for event-driven, part-time work in VIP spaces. This role supports the Bunker, Platinum, and Admiral kitchens, ensuring culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will prepare items per recipes, maintain HACCP standards, and collaborate with chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences at high-profile events in downtown Dallas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years culinary experience in a high-volume venue.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Clear English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and schedules.
• Cook using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking.
• Maintain consistent portioning and presentation with quality and flavor.
• Taste and evaluate prepared food for quality before service.
• Follow HACCP and local health regulations for safety.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and stocking as needed.
