Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a POS Clerk to support the Suites Department at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium. You will enter and verify data in the POS system, reconcile sales data after events, and manage menu items, pricing, and inventory with accuracy.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on game days and events.

Qualifications

• Prior data entry experience and familiarity with POS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the POS system.
• Reconcile stand sheets and sales data following events.
• Organize and manage menu items, pricing, and inventory data within the POS system.
• Run and distribute operational and financial reports as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Suites leadership team to support daily operations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or system issues with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
• Adhere to all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
