Reimagined Parking seeks Event Staff to direct traffic and perform cashier duties at Chase Center in San Francisco. You will assist customers with payments, handle challenging interactions, and ensure smooth entry/exit for event parking.

Responsibilities include processing fees, documenting passes, and preparing shift reports. You will also help with logbook entries, deposits, safety checks, and keeping the site clean as part of a team dedicated to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English; friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of parking equipment: Pay Stations, Ticket Dispensers, Exit Readers, Gate Machines.
• Basic knowledge of desk/handheld POS parking equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Technical Education.
• Customer Service Experience required.
• Parking related Experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with payment inquiries and parking in/out process.
• Handle irate customers and resolve issues within site policies.
• Prepare shift reports and sort tickets.
• Process tickets and collect parking fees; log passes.
• Manage shift bank deposits and revenue control.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and safety concerns with supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe, obstacle-free site.
• Interacts face to face with customers during shifts.
• Log issues/events in log book and escalate as needed.
• Follow uniform policy and present a neat appearance.
• Track stocks and supplies; coordinate with supervisor.
