Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and deliver excellent service.
• Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand different parkers (tenants, visitors, employees) and assist appropriately.
• Answer questions about events and parking details.
• Distribute tickets and manage traffic flow during events.
• Follow safety standards and communicate with supervisors.
• Close out duties, such as securing walkie-talkies and equipment.
• Take direction from Managers and supervisors during emergencies.
