Job summary

The University of Georgia is seeking a Compliance Monitor (Temporary) to welcome and assist patrons during events at the Athens Campus. You will help guests with parking and transportation needs and work with a team to ensure safe, smooth arrivals and departures.

This position is 20-25 hours per week with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will interact with visitors and support staff to provide excellent service and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide parking information and direction to customers.
• Direct traffic into parking lots and to assigned areas.
• Hold traffic to allow shuttles to enter/exit the area.
• Keep traffic moving smoothly and drive lanes clear.
• Keep lots clean and free of debris.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
