Compass Group USA is seeking a part-time, event-based Suites Pantry Coordinator for Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. The role includes taking care of service steps, menu descriptions, and guest interactions while upholding appearance standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities cover station setup, teamwork, and timely communication with management. Must be able to lift, work around snacks and beverages, and comply with ServSafe requirements.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and math skills required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications.
• Possible job hazards include slips, trips, burns, cuts and strains.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates in English.

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Describes menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.
• Establishes rapport with guests/members.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
• Maintains service areas and communicates guest issues to management.
• Embraces safety and sanitation practices and completes station setup and breakdown.
• Works with team, on time and ready to perform duties.
